How long do I have to complete the course?

Courses that you purchase do not expire.  However, we recommend that you plan out your learning schedule within 30 days of purchasing your course.

What are Action Sheets?

Action sheets are designed to help recruiters apply the knowledge from the lesson using their own words and personal work situation. By applying the skills and strategies to a real-world setting, recruiters are more likely to recall, retain, and utilize the skills and strategies presented in the course.

After the action sheets are completed, a recruiter has a customized workbook that can be referenced anywhere at any time. 

Where do I find the Action Sheets?

Action sheets are downloadable and are included under Marterials in each lesson. 

How much time do I need to commit?

Recruiters should set aside a minimum of 30 minutes to complete each training module. Courses are designed to be completed during a work day. Each video is 15 – 25 minutes long and is accompanied by an Action Sheet.


Can I get a refund?
